Warning!! Stay away from people and businesses that can "bring in a gown" for you if they're not an authorized retailer.  It's easy to check.  Every retailer has stores authorized to sell their brands on their website.  Be sure you're not paying double for a dress because they don't have retailer licenses or could be selling you a pre-owned dress.
